At SantaMood, we want your order to arrive quickly, simply and safely. Every parcel is prepared with care and dispatched from Europe, so that you get a reliable delivery, without complication and without unexpected import charges.
We deliver to several European countries and work with established carriers to give you clear tracking of your order right up to receipt.
Order preparation and dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday, as well as orders placed during the weekend, are prepared and dispatched from the following Monday.
We always do our utmost to process orders quickly, but times may vary during periods of high demand, on public holidays, in the event of carrier delays, or in exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order is dispatched, you automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.
With this tracking link you can check the progress of your delivery, see each stage of transport and estimate when your parcel will arrive.

The carrier depends on the delivery country and the method you choose when ordering. For delivery to a collection point, you choose your collection point when you order.

Germany: €10.50 home delivery with DPD, €12.90 home delivery with Bpost
France: €9.50 to a Mondial Relay collection point, €14.50 home delivery with DPD
Luxembourg: €11.90 home delivery with Bpost, €12.50 home delivery with DPD
Free delivery from €59 of purchase in Belgium, from €89 for other countries
Estimated time: 1 to 4 working days
Italy and Spain
Italy: €22.50 home delivery with DPD
Spain: €11.50 to a Mondial Relay collection point, €24.50 home delivery with DPD
Estimated time: 1 to 4 working days depending on the area and the carrier
Denmark
Shipping cost: €15 home delivery with UPS
Estimated time for Denmark: 4 to 5 working days

All our parcels are dispatched from our warehouses in Europe, notably in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
This arrangement lets us offer faster, steadier delivery, with no import charges for customers in the countries we serve.
